Do all your products come with safety certification?

Yes, all our lifting and rigging equipment is supplied with the necessary EC Declaration of Conformity or Report of Thorough Examination where applicable, ensuring full compliance with LOLER regulations.

What are your standard shipping times within the UK?

We offer next-day delivery on most stocked items if ordered before 2:00 PM. Standard delivery typically takes 2-3 working days depending on the size and weight of the equipment.

Can I return an item if it is not suitable for my project?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the equipment is unused, in its original packaging, and has not been custom-modified (such as bespoke chain sling lengths).

Do you offer bulk discounts for large construction projects?
